Our Approach

How We Work Differently.

Most NDIS providers grow by taking on more participants. We grow by going deeper — with a small, focused caseload that lets us actually know every person we support, and the depth of specialist skill their situation deserves.

Highly Individualised.

Every support plan is built around the participant — their goals, preferences, cultural context and lived experience.

Specialist Expertise.

Our team is trained in supporting complex presentations, including psychosocial, behavioural and cognitive disabilities.

Collaborative & Coordinated.

We work alongside families, allied health, behaviour support practitioners and Support Coordinators to keep every plan aligned.

Who We Support

Support Shaped Around the Person — Not the Diagnosis.

ASN focuses exclusively on participants with complex, high-support needs — a cohort that is often underserved because of the specialist skill, coordination and risk management their care requires.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Sensory-aware, predictable support tailored to each participant.

Psychosocial Disabilities

Trauma-informed care coordinated with clinical teams.

Intellectual Disabilities

Skill-building at a pace that respects capacity and goals.

Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI)

Structured routines and cognitive supports that build stability.

Behaviours of Concern

Positive behaviour support plans implemented with consistency.

Complex High-Support Needs

Multi-disciplinary coordination when many providers step back.

If you've been told "we can't help" — we can. The participants others turn away are exactly who we're built for.

The Difference

What Specialist Support Actually Changes.

The reality most families arrive with — and the outcomes we work to build together.

Without specialist support

Stuck in a system that keeps saying no.

  • Participant rejected by 3 providers.
  • Family managing crisis without support.
  • Plan funding going unused.
  • No consistent support worker.
With ASN

Support that actually works.

  • Specialist team in place within 2 weeks.
  • Behaviour support plan implemented.
  • Full plan utilisation achieved.
  • Consistent worker relationship established.

How to Refer

Three Steps to Get Started.

A clear, unhurried referral process — designed to make sure the fit is right before support begins.

01

Tell us about the situation.

Fill out the form below. No lengthy paperwork — just a conversation about what's needed.

02

We reach out within 24 hours.

A senior team member — not an admin — responds to understand the person, their goals, and any risks. We take the time to get it right.

03

We meet, plan, and begin.

We meet the participant and their network, agree a support plan together, and start delivering. No long waitlists.

Frequently Asked

Answers Before You Reach Out.

Yes — and this is exactly who we're built for. Our team is specifically trained for complex, high-support presentations that many providers aren't equipped to handle. If you've been turned away before, please reach out. We'll have an honest conversation about whether we're the right fit.

Consistency is one of our core commitments. We intentionally keep our caseload small so we can guarantee continuity of care. Your family member will have a primary support worker who knows them, their routine, and their goals.

We work with Plan-Managed and NDIA-Managed participants. Self-Managed plans are welcome — please get in touch and we'll confirm how invoicing will work in your situation.

We deliver supports across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland, including Merrimac, Robina, Southport, Nerang, Burleigh and surrounding suburbs.

Yes. Behaviours of concern, psychosocial disability and complex presentations are our specialty. Every plan is delivered alongside behaviour support practitioners and allied health where required.

For most enquiries we can complete an intake meeting within one week and commence supports shortly after, subject to matching the right team members. Urgent situations are triaged individually.

Yes. Advocate Support Network is a Registered NDIS Provider, and every team member holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check.

Absolutely. We work closely with Support Coordinators and welcome direct referrals — please use the form and we'll respond the same day where possible.
